Capital Communications FCU CEO to retire

Albany, N.Y.-based Capital Communications FCU CEO Paula Stopera is retiring. Her last day will be May 23, Albany Business Review reported.

Stopera, who has been with the credit union for 39 years, was named CEO in 2004. She will be succeeded by Chief Lending Officer Chris McKenna, according to the report.
