Webster Capital closes oversubscribed fund at $875M

Webster Capital closed its fourth fund at a hard cap of $875.0 million.

The Waltham, Mass.-based private equity firm originally targeted $650 million for Webster Capital IV LP, according to Private Equity Wire.

The firm invests in middle-market branded consumer and healthcare services companies.
