Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield securities begin trading in Australia

As scheduled, Unibail-Rodamco SE and WFD Unibail-Rodamco NV commenced trading its securities on the Australian bourse June 8.

The securities in the form of chess depositary interests, or CDIs, were issued and trade under the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield name. The CDIs, which will trade on the bourse on a normal settlement basis June 12, are the result of Unibail's recently completed takeover of Westfield Corp.

The company issued 661,694,860 CDIs, in which 20 CDIs represent one stapled share. The stapled shares started trading in Paris and Amsterdam on June 5.
