Arlington Asset Investment names next chairman

Arlington Asset Investment Corp.'s board appointed Daniel Berce as chairman effective Jan. 1, 2020.

Berce has been a member of Arlington Asset Investment's board since 2011. He will take over as chairman from Eric Billings, who will retire as executive chairman of the company on Dec. 31.

Additionally, the board amended the company's bylaws to fix the number of directors at six, effective Jan. 1, 2020. The bylaws previously fixed the number of directors at seven.
