2 Maine credit unions to merge in April

In Maine, Waterville-based New Dimensions FCU and Winslow-based Taconnet FCU are expected to merge April 1, according to Turner Publishing Inc.

As of the end of 2017, New Dimensions FCU had $94.4 million in assets, while Taconnet FCU had assets of $63.2 million, SNL data shows.
