Private equity vet lined up to succeed Randall & Quilter co-founder

Private equity veteran William Spiegel is positioned to succeed Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd.'s co-founder, Ken Randall.

Spiegel, co-founder of U.S. private equity company Pine Brook, was named executive director and deputy group chairman, effective immediately. He will become executive group chairman when Randall steps down in about a year, following 29 years at the helm.

Randall & Quilter also expects to appoint a new CFO and make a few additional appointments.
