Jessica Holscott was named head of investor relations forTime Warner Inc.

Holscott will operate as the company's day-to-day contactwith the investment community in her new role, the company said Sept. 29.

Holscott joined TimeWarner in March to work closely with and ultimately succeed MikeKopelman, who is joining as seniorvice president of finance and strategic planning.
