StarPoint pays $193M for Beverly Hills, Calif., office building

Real estate operator and manager StarPoint Properties paid $193 million to acquire a Wells Fargo & Co.-anchored office building encompassing approximately 207,000 square feet in Beverly Hills, Calif., the Los Angeles Business Journal reported.

The seller of the 12-story property at 433 N. Camden Dr. was Camden Properties Ltd., the Sept. 4 report added.

The report quoted StarPoint CEO Paul Daneshrad as saying that the company plans certain renovations at the building and also aims to bring full-service retail to the property.
