Banco de Crédito del Perú to place 50M soles of bonds

Banco de Crédito del Perú on Aug. 13 will auction up to 50.0 million soles of three-year corporate bonds, expandable up to 100.0 million soles.

The bonds will be issued Aug. 14.

Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros will act as structuring entity for the offering, while Credicorp Capital Sociedad Agente de Bolsa will act as placement agent.

As of Aug. 8, US$1 was equivalent to 3.38 Peruvian soles.
