CIMB Thai Bank names 2 new directors

CIMB Thai Bank PCL appointed two new directors to its board.

The company named Joseph Dominic Silva as a director to replace Shaarani bin Ibrahim, who is not seeking reelection to the board.

In addition, the bank appointed Chanmanu Sumawong as a new director, increasing the total number of the bank's directors to 11.

The appointments are subject to approval from the Bank of Thailand.

CIMB Thai Bank is a unit of Malaysia's CIMB Group Holdings Bhd.
