March 21

Steward Partners Global Advisory LLC added Seymour Slatkin, who managed more than $135 million in client assets at Wells Fargo & Co.

Raymond James Financial Inc. hired Jason Hemeon, financial adviser and senior vice president of investments, for Raymond James & Associates Inc. in Vienna, Va.

March 20

Romitha Mally will join independent investment bank Greenhill & Co. Inc. in New York as managing director and head of consumer corporate advisory for North America.

March 19

Lazard Ltd hired Corso Bavagnoli as a managing director in financial advisory.

Michael Schmidt will join Guggenheim Securities LLC in June as a senior analyst and senior managing director as part of the company's expansion of its healthcare research team.

Greenhill & Co. Inc. hired Neil Augustine as vice chairman and co-head of North American financing advisory and restructuring. He will be based in New York.

D.A. Davidson & Co. expanded its fixed-income group with the appointment of Eddie Lyons, Mike Stainbrook and Rob Humphreys as senior vice presidents of institutional sales. Tyler Mefford joined as vice president.

Citigroup Inc. named Michela Ferrulli head of equities sales and sales trading for Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Thomson Reuters' IFR reported. Citi also named Alexis Maskell co-head of its alternative assets group in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, The Wall Street Journal reported.

IFS Securities Inc hired Akron, Ohio-based Wells Trecaso Financial Group to its independent adviser network, which was previously affiliated with Morgan Stanley.

Alex Wilmot-Sitwell, Bank of America Merrill Lynch's president for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, stepped down from his post, the Financial Times reported.
