MCA Realty purchased the seven-building Equus Business Center in Las Vegas for $42 million, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.

The Southern California real estate investment company plans to rebrand the 89%-occupied industrial complex as Central Seven Commerce Center.

The property along Desert Inn Road and Polaris Avenue spans 357,608 square feet and features more than 170 tenants, the publication wrote, citing a news release.
