Woodruff-Sawyer & Co. Inc. has named Zac Overbay COO and Norman Allen chief revenue officer.

Overbay will direct the company's geographic regions in New England, Mountain, Pacific Northwest and Southern California. He most recently served as the insurance broker's chief administrative officer.

Allen, who is also a shareholder and senior vice president of the insurance broker, most recently served as its Northern California management liability practice leader.
