Cisco Systems Inc. plans to acquire artificial intelligence-based enterprise voice assistant software developer Voicea for an undisclosed sum.

Rizio Inc. is doing business as Voicea.

Upon the deal's completion, expected in the first quarter of Cisco's fiscal year 2020, the Voicea team will join the WebEx portfolio team, led by Senior Vice President and General Manager Sri Srinivasan, according to a release.
