Livingbridge latest fund closes at £334M

London-based private equity firm Livingbridge raised £334 million for its latest fund, Livingbridge Enterprise 3 LP.

The vehicle will invest in fast-growth small and medium enterprises, primarily in the U.K., with an enterprise value of up to £50 million.

It will target companies in the services; consumer markets; healthcare and education; and telecommunications, media and technology industries.

The fund's predecessor, Livingbridge Enterprise 2 LP, is over 80% invested and has a portfolio of 14 SMEs.
