Jones Lang LaSalle picks up French engineering design firm

Jones Lang LaSalleInc. acquired French engineering design firm CTH for an undisclosedsum.

Operating out of Paris and Lille, CTH has a 20-member team andoffers engineering design services to corporate and real estate investors, as wellas public authorities and architectural practices.

CTH co-founder Nicolas Corteggiano will join the 80-member Project& Development Services team of the company's France-based unit JLL CorporateSolutions as head of engineering services.

In a release, JLL Corporate Solutions head Joël de Lafond saidthe acquisition is part of the company's "strategic growth plan" to furtherbroaden its service capabilities to meet client needs.

The transaction comes roughly a month after Jones Lang LaSalleannounced that it acquiredFrench retail real estate consultant Véronique Nocquet.
