WPC Resources rebranding as Blue Star Gold

WPC Resources Inc. will change its name to Blue Star Gold Corp., effective Jan. 18.

The company said the name change better represents its focus on Canada's north, with its potential for significant gold and silver deposits, and reflects major leadership changes.

Blue Star will list on the TSX Venture Exchange with the ticker BAU, according to a Jan. 16 release.

CEO and President Stephen Wilkinson said the company is committed to resource expansion at the Ulu gold property and plans to explore and drill several high-grade gold occurrences within the Ulu and Hood River concessions. Both properties are in Canada's Nunavut territory.
