Report: EQT Partners eyeing €1B Stockholm IPO

EQT Partners AB aims to launch a €1 billion Stockholm IPO in the coming days that could value the Swedish private equity firm at approximately €4 billion, Reuters reported, citing three sources familiar with the matter.

The buyout firm is looking to price the IPO by September-end, before the Brexit deadline, according to the report.

EQT has tapped JPMorgan and SEB as global coordinators, with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, UBS and Nordea as joint book runners, sources said.

The banks either did not comment or were not immediately available for comment, while EQT did not comment on the potential IPO, the news agency noted.
