Exchange Bank completes purchase of First Northern Bank of Dixon's division

Santa Rosa, Calif.-based Exchange Bank completed its acquisition of the asset management and trust services division of Dixon, Calif.-based First Northern Bank of Dixon.

The acquisition is part of Exchange Bank's expansion of trust and investment services into the Sacramento, Calif., area.

Chris Ann Bachtel, Alysia Corell and Kelly Lind — who all worked at the acquired division — have joined Exchange Bank.

Bachtel and Corell have joined Exchange Bank as vice presidents and trust officers. Bachtel was previously senior vice president and founding member of First Northern Bank of Dixon's asset management and trust department, while Corell previously was vice president and senior trust officer.

Lind, who most recently was trust operations administrator for First Northern Bank of Dixon's asset management and trust department, has joined Exchange Bank as a trust specialist.

First Northern Bank of Dixon is a subsidiary of First Northern Community Bancorp.
