Cisco Systems Inc. on Dec. 21 completed its deal to acquire Lancope Inc. for a transaction value of $452.5 million.

In addition to general closing conditions, the deal required additional review for antitrust concerns.

Barclays Capital Inc. was the financial adviser for Cisco Systems.

William Blair & Co. LLC was the financial adviser for Lancope.
