Rockcliff Metals acquires Lucky Jack gold property

Rockcliff Metals Corp. said Nov. 28 that it acquired the Lucky Jack gold property in Manitoba through its Goldpath Resources Corp. unit for C$77,250 and a 2% net smelter royalty on seven of the 15 claims comprising the property.

Lucky Jack covers 2,557 hectares immediately south of the company's Laguna gold project. Half the royalties over the seven claims may be repurchased at any time for C$500,000 per 0.5% royalty.

According to Rockcliff, limited historical work has been completed at the Lucky Jack property, but geophysical evidence suggests that gold mineralization is associated along the contacts of multikilometer-long magnetometer anomalies and at least six anomalies have been identified at the property.

As part of the acquisition deal, Rockcliff has the right of first refusal on the remaining royalty over Lucky Jack.
