Union Bank of the Philippines said Dec. 17 that appointed Juan Alejandro Aboitiz a director.

Aboitiz will serve the remaining term of Jon Ramon Aboitiz, who died in November. He is first vice president for energy trading and sales of Aboitiz Power Corp.
