CBRE Global Investors acquires Chandler, Ariz., data center for $73M

CBRE Global Investors LLC bought a 191,000-square-foot data center in Chandler, Ariz., for approximately $72.8 million, the Phoenix Business Journal reported.

The data center division of Lincoln Property Co., Lincoln Rackhouse, in partnership with Principal Real Estate Investors LLC, sold the property at 2500 W. Frye Road, which is fully leased to Internap Corp., the report noted.

Separately, the CBRE Group Inc. affiliate exchanged contracts to purchase the Praga Studios office building in Prague on behalf of a client for €55 million.

Skanska AB will sell the 12,085-square-meter building in a deal set to close in the fourth quarter.

The seven-story property is anchored by medical equity company Edwards Lifesciences, with the other four tenants including a coworking operator and information technology companies.
