N.D. Rubber PCL said its normalized net income for the second quarter amounted to 3 satang per share, a decrease of 55.6% from 6 satang per share in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 6.1 million baht, a decrease of 36.4% from 9.6 million baht in the prior-year period.
The normalized profit margin declined to 2.9% from 4.6% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue totaled 208.9 million baht, compared with 207.9 million baht in the prior-year period, and total operating expenses climbed from the prior-year period to 195.9 million baht from 191.2 million baht.
Reported net income decreased 28.5% from the prior-year period to 8.7 million baht, or 4 satang per share, from 12.1 million baht, or 8 satang per share.
