Trinity Hunt Partners acquires forensic engineering company

Middle-market private equity firm Trinity Hunt Partners LP said it acquired litigation-focused forensic engineering services provider Wexco International Corp. through a partnership with Brad Avrit, Wexco owner and president.

Avrit will remain a significant shareholder of Wexco as Trinity looks to grow the company through strategic acquisitions and organic initiatives, according to an Aug. 7 release.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Dallas-based Trinity Hunt invests in the business services, industrial growth, non-cyclical consumer products and healthcare services sectors.
