CleanCapital acquires 10.2-MW solar portfolio in Massachusetts

CleanCapital on May 31 announced the acquisition of a 10.2-MW solar portfolio from developer G&S Solar.

The solar projects are located in Massachusetts with customers including a corporate entity and municipality as off-takers, according to a May 31 news release.

The new acquisition brings CleanCapital's total to nearly $150 million of acquired operating solar assets. Earlier in May, the company purchased a 14-MW solar portfolio from X-ELIO, a Spanish renewable energy developer, with U.S. operations in Nevada. G&S Solar builds, develops and operates solar systems in multiple states in the Northeast.
