First National Bank Mahnomen Twin Valley now part of United Valley Bank family

Cavalier, N.D.-based First Holding Co. of Cavalier Inc. unit United Valley Bank completed the acquisition of Mahnomen, Minn.-based First National Bank Mahnomen Twin Valley from Mahnomen Bancshares Inc., as indicated in the records of the Federal Reserve's National Information Center.

First National Bank Mahnomen Twin Valley became part of the United Valley Bank family on Oct. 15, and took on the United Valley Bank name, according to information on the company's website.

As of June 30, United Valley Bank had $259.3 million in assets, while First National had $102.4 million in assets, according to SNL data.
