Tokyo Tatemono details fiscal 2018 earnings guidance

Tokyo Tatemono Co. Ltd. projects its profit attributable to owners of the parent will reach ¥25.00 billion for the fiscal year 2018, up 10.6% from the approximately ¥22.60 billion logged in 2017.

Year over year, revenue from operations during 2018 is expected to climb 4.9% to ¥280.00 billion from ¥266.98 billion, operating income is estimated to inch up 0.5% to roughly ¥45.00 billion from nearly ¥44.76 billion, and recurring income is predicted to increase 1.5% to ¥40.00 billion from approximately ¥39.42 billion.

Additionally, the real estate developer and manager plans to distribute an interim dividend of ¥16 per share and a year-end dividend of ¥16 per share in 2018, taking the annual dividend for the fiscal year to ¥32 per share, up from the ¥30-per-share annual dividend declared for fiscal 2017.
