Australian investor Quintet Partners backs Talent

Sydney-based private equity and venture capital firm Quintet Partners Pty Ltd. purchased a significant stake in Talent International Holdings Pty Ltd.

The technology recruitment and consulting services specialist will still have founder Richard Earl as its executive chairman and largest shareholder.

Quintet represents several family office investors, including Thérèse Rein, who will serve as an adviser to Talent. Quintet founder and Managing Partner Douglas Farrell will join Talent's board.

Clayton Utz and Herbert Smith Freehills advised Talent and Quintet, respectively.
