The bond carries a coupon equivalent to the three-month Norwegian Interbank Offered Rate plus 5.25%.

Arctic Securities and Nordea Markets served as managers on the transaction.

Bank Norwegian is a unit of Norwegian Finans Holding ASA.

As of June 6, US$1 was equivalent to 8.48 Norwegian kroner.
