June 8

* Valery Goreglyad, Sergey Ignatiev, Bella Zlatkis and Alexander Kuleshov were elected to the supervisory board of PAO Sberbank of Russia.

June 7

* Simonetta Rigo joined Brewin Dolphin Holdings Plc as a nonexecutive director, effective June 6.

* Places For People Finance PLC said Jo Dixon resigned as a nonexecutive director.

June 6

* The Spanish subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG has appointed Philipp Gossow to its board as a nonexecutive director and María Teresa Corzo Santamaría as an independent director, Europa Press wrote.

June 5

* Joint Stock Bank of Reconversion and Development appointed Sergey Tsybulin chairman of its board of directors, effective June 18.

* Claudio Costamagna will step down as chairman of Italian state lender Cassa depositi e prestiti SpA, Reuters reported. His departure follows the installation of a populist-led coalition government.

* Natalie Elphicke will leave the board of Principality Building Society as a nonexecutive director, effective July 31. She joined the firm in 2012.

* Paragon Banking Group PLC named Peter Hartill a senior independent director, effective June 5. He previously served as an independent nonexecutive director.

* JSC OTP Bank said Auth Henrik joined its supervisory board as a new member, replacing Tamás Attila Kovács.

* SGAM AG2R La Mondiale said shareholders approved the appointment of Michel Chassang, Isabelle Simelière and Bernard Stalter to the board as directors.
