Japan's Fujitsu Ltd. is in the final stages of integrating its personal computer business with Lenovo Group Limited, Fujitsu President Tatsuya Tanaka told Reuters on June 6.
The companies are expected to arrive at an agreement "soon," Tanaka said.
This comes after a delay in the integration of their PC operations was reported in March 2017.
Fujitsu announced in October 2016 that it was engaging in talks with the Chinese PC maker about a collaboration to develop and manufacture PCs for the global market.
