Schweizer Kraftwerksbeteiligungs-AG was tendered 1,418,243 free float shares of Alpiq Holding AG as part of an effort to take the Swiss power supplier private, according to a Sept. 30 news release.
Schweizer Kraftwerksbeteiligungs, a subsidiary of CSA Energy Infrastructure Switzerland, announced the tender offer in July as part of its plan to acquire the publicly owned stake of Alpiq.
Taking into account the tendered shares, CSA, together with the Consortium of Swiss Minority Shareholders and EOS Holding SA, holds 93.51% of share capital and voting rights in Alpiq.
