Hotel-focused Apple Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust Inc. received roughly $132.9 million in net proceeds from the sale of about 6.9 million common shares under its at-the-market offering program, during the fourth quarter of 2017.

The company used the proceeds to pay down borrowings on its revolving credit facility.
