Champaign, Ill.-based First Busey Corp. named Jennifer Simons executive vice president, chief accounting officer and principal accounting officer, effective Dec. 8.

Simons previously was CFO of Weston, Fla.-based Florida Community Bank NA.

Simons is succeeding Susan Miller, who will step down on Dec. 8 from her roles of deputy CFO, chief accounting officer and principal accounting officer to assume the CFO role at a private bank.
