China Regenerative Medicine to invest $75M in healthcare fund

China Regenerative Medicine International Ltd. plans to invest $75 million in a healthcare fund via a subsidiary.

China Regenerative Medicine Ltd. entered into a commitment letter with Haitong International New Energy IX Ltd. to invest the amounts and become a limited partner of the fund.

The investment commitment is still subject to negotiations and signing of a definitive agreement.

China Regenerative expects that the transaction will help provide the company investment opportunities in innovative healthcare and healthcare-related business.

Haitong New Energy is a wholly owned subsidiary of Haitong International Securities Group Ltd.
