Sumit Rajpal will resign from TransUnion's board, effective as of March 8, the company said in a regulatory filing.
In connection with the sale of shares by certain selling stockholders, the number of TransUnion common shares owned by investment funds affiliated with Goldman Sachs Group Inc. fell below both of the ownership thresholds specified in a 2015 major stockholders' agreement between those funds, TransUnion and Advent.
Consequently, Rajpal will tender his resignation from the company's board as per the terms of the stockholders' agreement.
