Office and industrial real estate investment trust Regional REIT Ltd. declared a dividend of 2.45 pence per share for the fourth quarter of 2017, up from 1.80 pence per share for the previous quarter.

The sum will be paid as a REIT property income distribution of 2.205 pence and an ordinary dividend of 0.245 pence. Shareholders on record as of March 2 will receive the dividend April 12.

Regional REIT's dividends for the 2017 financial year amount to 7.85 pence per share, up from 7.65 pence per share a year earlier.
