Fitch: China Development Bank Financial Leasing raises US$700M via notes

China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co. Ltd. issued US$700 million of notes, Fitch Ratings said March 11.

The notes were priced with a coupon of 3.75% and are due 2022.

The company issued the notes under its US$3 billion medium-term note program.

Proceeds from the issuance will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The notes are listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
