Wintrust unit amends receivables purchase agreement to up facility limit

FIRST Insurance Funding of Canada Inc. amended a receivables purchase agreement to increase the facility limit to C$280 million from C$210 million and extended the commitment maturity date to Dec. 15, 2020.

The amendment was entered into between FIRST Insurance and CIBC Mellon Trust Co., in its capacity as trustee of Plaza Trust, by its financial services agent, Royal Bank of Canada.

FIRST Insurance is an indirect subsidiary of Wintrust Financial Corp.
