U.K.-based private equity real estate fund manager Benson Elliot purchased four grade A office assets in Poland for €100 million on behalf of its pan-European fund, Benson Elliot Real Estate Partners IV LP.
The properties, acquired in separate, off-market transactions, are the 8,290-square-meter Opera building in Gdansk, the 20,400-square-meter Vinci building in Kraków, the 7,910-square-meter Forum 76 building in Lódz, and the 7,900-square-meter Okraglak and Kwadraciak buildings in Poznan, according to a company release.
Bank Zachodni WBK and mBank Hipoteczny financed the acquisitions, and the company appointed Sharow Capital as asset manager.
