Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas added Cindy Taylor to its board for a three-year term, ending Dec. 31, 2022. Taylor is president, CEO and a director of Oil States International Inc.

Crescent Capital BDC Inc. appointed Kathleen Briscoe as an independent Class I director. Briscoe was also added as a member of the audit committee, and the nominating and corporate governance committee.
She will serve for an initial term that expires at the 2022 annual shareholders meeting.
Briscoe is a partner and chief capital officer at Dermody Properties LLC.
