A unit of Bridge Investment Group LLC is said to be acquiring the 32-acre Lenox Park in Atlanta, which houses telecommunications giant AT&T Inc., for north of $225 million, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reported.
The real estate investor is believed to have offered at least $225 per square foot for the five-building campus.
Bridge Investment plans to remodel the seven-floor 1277 Lenox Park Blvd. building within the campus, which was vacated by AT&T. The telecommunications company also intends to relocate from another building at Lenox Parks in the coming years, the Aug. 7 report added.
