AEP Transmission registers $625M of notes for exchange offers

AEP Transmission Co. LLC on March 22 filed a registration statement on Form S-4 in connection with its offers to exchange up to $125.03 million of its registered 3.10% series F senior notes due 2026 for any and all of its outstanding 3.10% series D notes and up to $500 million of its registered 3.75% series I senior notes due 2047 for any and all of its outstanding 3.75% series H notes.

The American Electric Power Co. Inc. subsidiary will not receive any proceeds from the exchange offers.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co. NA is acting as the exchange agent for the exchange offers.
