Technopolis nomination board chairman, members resign

The chairman of Technopolis PLC's nomination board, Risto Murto, stepped down, while Kaj-Gustaf Bergh and Päivi Laajala renounced their memberships in the board.

The resignations came as a result of Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Co., Mercator Capital Ab and the city of Oulu — which were represented by the outgoing members — selling their entire respective shareholdings in the Finland-based shared office space provider.
