American Renal Associates withdraws common stock offering by stockholders

American Renal Associates Holdings Inc. said it was no longer going to conduct a so-called secondary public offering of shares.

The Beverly, Mass.-based dialysis services provider said current market conditions were not conducive for an offering on terms that would be in the best interests of its stockholders.

Some of the company's shareholders, including Centerbridge Capital Partners LP, were looking to sell a total of 5 million shares under the offering.

American Renal Associates would not have received any proceeds from the secondary offering.
