Patsy Doerr has been appointed global head of diversity and inclusion at Credit Suisse Group AG, effective end-June, finews.ch reported.
Doerr will join from Thomson Reuters, where she oversees corporate social responsibility, sustainability and diversity and inclusion.
Alfa-Bank
Andrey Chulak, head of corporate and investment banking at Russia-based JSC Alfa-Bank, was appointed deputy chairman of the lender's management board.
Prior to joining Alfa-Bank in 2018, Chulak led Deutsche Bank AG's corporate and investment banking business in Russia and CIS countries.
IP Group
U.K.-based IP Group PLC appointed Caroline Brown as an independent nonexecutive director, effective July 1.
Brown is currently chairman of the board at NAHL Group PLC and a nonexecutive director at Earthport PLC, Georgia Capital PLC and Luceco PLC.
