Deutsche Hypothekenbank increases mortgage pfandbrief to €750M

Deutsche Hypothekenbank AG increased a mortgage pfandbrief it issued in 2015 by €250 million to €750 million.

The notes carry a 0.125% coupon and will mature April 20, 2022. The reoffer price was 99.80%, equivalent to 18 basis points below the midswap rate.

The notes cover mortgage loans for real estate clients with properties in Germany, the U.K., the Netherlands, France, Spain and Poland.

Deutsche Hypo said the reoffered notes received orders of more than €300 million. The issue was accompanied by a bank syndicate of BayernLB, Commerzbank, Crédit Agricole CIB, DZ Bank and NORD/LB along with Bankhaus Lampe as co-lead.
