CapitaLand Commercial Trust unit issues S$300M of notes due 2024

A subsidiary of office real estate investment trust CapitaLand Commercial Trust issued S$300.0 million of 3.17% notes due March 5, 2024, under its S$2.00 billion multicurrency medium-term note program.

The proceeds will be used to refinance existing borrowings or for general working capital purposes.

DBS Bank Ltd. and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. are the joint lead managers and book runners of the notes.

As of March 2, US$1 was equivalent to S$1.32.
