S&T Bank promotes 5; Nicolet Bankshares adds director

Norwich, N.Y.-based NBT Bancorp Inc. promoted Shauna Hyle to executive vice president of consumer lending.

Hyle joined the company in 2008 and was named consumer lending executive in June 2017. She was senior vice president and chief risk officer from 2013 to 2017.

The Nicolet Bankshares Inc. board increased its size by one member and elected Rachel Campos-Duffy. Campos-Duffy was also selected to serve as a director of the Green Bay, Wis.-based company's subsidiary, Nicolet National Bank.

Campos-Duffy is a published author, communications consultant and media personality specializing in political analysis, culture and parenting.

Pine Bluff, Ark.-based Simmons Bank appointed Jason Hammons to serve as Dallas market president and Robert Molloy as Fort Worth, Texas, market president.

Hammons joins the Simmons First National Corp. unit after 13 years at Bank of Texas. Molloy joined Southwest Bank, which was merged with Simmons Bank in February 2018, in 2007.

Indiana, Pa.-based S&T Bank promoted five individuals to executive vice president, market president.

Steve Drahnak, who served the bank in various capacities for more than two decades, was named market president for western Pennsylvania.

Troy Greenwalt was named market president for central Ohio. He will continue to help drive the bank's expansion into the central Ohio market with the upcoming opening of the Hilliard office.

Steve Hendricks, the market president for northeast Ohio, will continue supporting the bank's growth in the region through the opening of the Cuyahoga Falls branch early in 2019.

Jordan Space, who joined the S&T team in 2015 through the acquisition of Integrity Bank, was named market president for central Pennsylvania.

Pat Tobin was named market president for the upstate New York region.

Financial services

Hercules Capital Inc.'s board elected Carol Foster as a director.

Foster has served as COO and CFO of SharesPost, Inc. since 2017.
